Alan Pats, President & Chief Financial Officer
Alan Pats is President and Chief Financial Officer of SAE Engineering, Inc. He joined the company in 2002 as the Special Assistant to the President when SAE Engineering had a modest six-figures in annual sales.
He was then appointed as Officer-In-Charge in early 2003 and named as President by the Board of Directors in September of same year.
During his first year as President and CFO, SAE Engineering, Inc. more than doubled its 2003 annual sales. This was achieved through the establishment of the right overall financial policies and disciplines within the organization. In the past 5 years under his leadership, the company has continued to grow through its effective use of technological innovation and by aggressively pursuing new market opportunities.

James Millich, General Manager
With over 17 years experience in the precision sheet-metal industry, my career started right here in the Bay Area where I have lived for more than 33 years. During my 17 year career, I have learned the trade from some of the most experienced personnel in the manufacturing industry.
My tenure with SAE Engineering, Inc. started in 2003. In 2005, I was promoted to General Manager. This is a position that fully utilizes the experience that I have gained over the last 17 years. Since becoming the General Manager; our customer base has increased by 30 percent, which was a challenge that was presented to me from our President, Alan Pats. Our valued employees and I have built the company on what I believe are the building blocks to a successful manufacturing company: on time delivery, honesty, and doing the job right the first time.
